Good morning My friends. Hope I find you all well on this cold and wet morning in the UK.

I was wondering if anyone has problems in getting hands to work ,it's like you have forgotten how to do anything with the hands at all , it's difficult for me to explain but I've noticed this happen more over the last couple of days maybe my brain isn't sending the information to my hands I just don't know 😭

Cold but dry here in the Highlands. My hands often have a mind of their own (or none at all!) I squeeze a gel ball every morning and do hand strengthening and co-ordination exercises every morning to remind the hands what they're for. Sometimes it even works! Seriously though, as well as limbering them up it really does remind them how to work.
