Yes, some days more difficult than others. It's a reason I don't cook very much now, difficult to use implements. I also don't have clothes with buttons. Even paying for things in shops. You just work around it. Just one day at a time. Take care. Moni

I find it very frustrating at times even when you are trying to pick up a knife and falk.

I very rarely use a knife, just a fork as I don't have good control over the left hand side. Then it's a matter of keeping the food on the fork till it reaches my mouth.

Have you tried a spork?

I was having issues with my hands I personally found a work around and things are better. Still get some numb feelings in the fingers without it actually being numb. I felt like my hands were not mine. I knit so I started doing that everyday. I could do it but my hands felt disconnected, clumsy and like they were not mine at first. Over time they got reconnected and most days I don't have any issues. If there is something you have done a lot with your hands that is repetitive try it to see if you can get your hands working better.

I am wondering if a little work on the fascia in your hands might help to make them a little more flexible. See link for how to do it. youtube.com/watch?v=9Y0yejR...
