Random goosebumps in patches

This started happening a few week ago. It’s mostly my left arm every time. I’ve had it happen on my right arm once. It happens multiple times a day. I can feel it coming on, I get a tingling that starts near the top of my arm and travels down to my forearm causing patches of goosebumps that last for about 15-20 seconds. I don’t have any pain and I’m a healthy person without any medical issues. The day I started noticing - I had been power washing the siding on my house. I thought maybe I strained a tendon. But now this is a regular thing for me. It really doesn’t bother me. It’s just strange and kinda takes all my attention while it’s happening because it’s such a different feeling.

Hello! I had them on my right forearm 2 years ago for a couple of days. They came back 10 and 2 days ago and dkw. I had an EMG last year for other reasons and it came back normal. Could it be from anxiety or stress? Looking for opinions as well.

I had this on my leg a few months ago. Got as far as discovering it could possibly be to do with hidden siezure. Mentioned it to my GP who was surprised to find 'it is a thing' , then dismissed it as hives after I sent a picture of it. Never had hives appear and disappear before my eyes. Anyway, hasn't happened since. I hope you get an answer as it's an unpleasant sensation and really weird to watch.
