Hi I’ve been told I have high levels of manganese does any one knows what this my mean or what it could be a symptom of ?

There is information out there on the internet. It increases BP, it can cause shaking and psychosis in people with long term liver disease, is contained in many foods such as whole grains, oysters, clams, nuts soybeans, many spices such as pepper, coffee, tea, drinking water.... Read on.
