Hello new here! Just wanted to say that this is pretty much what I experience every night. Just as I'm about to nod off.
I was on sertreline and then stopped it. Then with this covid 19 I started it again for a week or so and I noticed that's when I was having these exact problems.
Have been off of it for weeks now and it is getting slightly better. I can actually fall asleep after a bit of time.

This was interesting because someone had exactly the same problem but I do feel for you as it sounds like you have a very unsupportive partner. I am lucky enough to have a very supportive partner even though she is pregnant and not getting much of any sleep at the mo.
Does anyone else find their chest and back hurts after a night of these spasms?
