After five years of no feeling in my right leg upto my ribs. Yesterday my left leg has done the same but with my right leg anything cold feels like acid but you could set it on fire and I wouldn't feel it but my left leg has nothing I can't feel hot, cold, vibration. Think a trip to the hospital is called for.

Another one bites the dust
That is sounding like FND. I hate to suggest it, but have you tried psychotherapy or hypnosis? I have done 8 sessions of hypnosis and 1.5 years of psychotherapy and still have FND, but supposedly it helps. Also reading the book "Functional Neurologic Disorders", volume 139 of Handbook of Clinical Neurology, helped, probably more than psychotherapy or hypnosis. Maybe amitryptiline would help?
Yes I have tried psychotherapy I was on amitryptiline but my neuro took me off them saying they are not doing anything for me
I am so sorry that you are going through this. My own FND is quite awful too. The Amazon.com Echo has recorded hypnosis; you say "Alexa, hypnotize me" to start it. Among the hypnosis recordings is at least one on chronic pain. I recommend the book that I mentioned above; it is at least interesting. Mindfulness might help with pain too.
Based on this article that I read -- tonic.vice.com/en_us/articl... -- maybe you should try taking Tylenol for the right-leg pain.
Not in pain I have no feeling in my legs have no pain whatsoever
