Internal brusing- should I be concerned?

Following on from my previous post. I got out of hospital on the Friday just gone. I had all sorts of tests done, with an MRI with contrast being done on the Thursday before I got discharged. I've been feeling absolutely fine since discharge, however, for the past 3 days I've been feeling very feverish. And yesterday this random bruise appeared on my arm. It has got a lot more red/dark in colour. I did have a cannula in the side of my hand on that arm, does this look like a delayed reaction to that or does it look like something to be worried about? 🤔

I recommend getting medical attention. I advise checking your temperature. It might just be that your skin was hypersensitive to the cannula, or you might have an infection.

Going to get it checked out by nurse practitioner today. Brusing has spread and got worse, also feeling quite feverish.
