Severe neck pain

So I have been having really severe shorting neck pain and sometimes a terrible headache too. Anyone else get this?? Any tips for what helps?

I have neck pain all the time, mostly feels like i have whiplash everyday. Sometimes yes I get headaches and even ear aches. I go to the chiropractor, and use a rolling pin to massage it, also stretching every day. If it’s really bad I put ice on it and take ibuprofen, or CBD oil.

Just wondering do you go to a chiropractor who knows about NFD?

I’ve actually never really talked to him about it, I guess I’m assuming he doesn’t and I also haven’t gotten an official diagnosis, waiting for my next MRI test.

I had this kind of pain before which was in the back of upper side of my neck. It was excruciating inwhich I ended up in the emergency a few times. Diclofanec tablets really helped which stabilised the pain for 8 hours which i had to take the meds every 8 hours until I felt the pain less and less and stop taking the meds. I hope this helps.
