Anyone get pain before a flair up ?

I get a severe earach minutes before a flare up! Does anyone else get some kind of warning ?

I get a horrible pain in both feet its hard to describe but it feels like a huge build up of pressure and cramp then all goes from there hope this helps

Yes I often get earache's/ear pressure, and preasure/cramps in both feet similar to tabey. I've recently bought a chillmax pillow, the cold eases the pain somewhat (although it's temporary)

As a warning, I get a headache and I feel tired in my head.
