Anyone else struggling with shortness of breath? I think I'm loosing upper body strength, crumpling down on chest and so getting breathless. Is relieved by lying back. Any advice on management much appreciated.

put your hands behind your head clasped together. close your mouth and breath through your nose only. it feels weird to start with but over time (ie days, weeks, mouths) it will come more natural - i do not recommend falling sleep in this position though.

I know this is 9 months old but just joined the app, I was having this problem as a major at the beginning of my condition but now it's on and off but will try the recommendation on how to get past it in one of the replies you received. :-)
