I have also had black outs , mobility issues which makes it unbearable to walk and I cant carry ,lift things and my cor-ordination has gone are these all symptoms of this illness.

I think they can be but I think this disorder can be very different for different people. I find my experience of it is different to others. I can have memory issues as well. One helpful website maybe neurosymptoms.org and also fndhope.org.

Unfortunately not everything falls under this umbrella "FND" I think when the Dr.s can't come up with what it is, they just put it there. You know your body best if you think they have not tested everything and something else may be wrong I would encourage you to pursue it.

I recently had terrible stomach issues and chest pain, all of a sudden when they couldn't find the cause it must be fnd. Ugh...Praise the Lord my neuro ordered a gastro referral and he found the problem, put me on medicine that cleared it all up. Problem is when something else goes wrong with our body our bodies can;t handle it and brain goes into hyper drive with this thing. Now my face is pulled constantly to the right and left eye droops along with left leg weakness. Its all so hard. Just wish more was being done with this disorder or we are all pretty much to remain where we are unfortunately. God BLess, Cathy
