Vitamin B12 defiecency

With thanks to Niki from this site I have had mine tested, and do have B12 and folate deficiency. On reading Brain Blogger - Vitamin 12 Deficiency, it makes an interesting read for those diagnosed with FND or possible other neuro issues.

I thought I would share this with you, to see if this is the case for any of you at all, that may of caused some of mine or your problems.
