MY pBAT Stats From June to March 8 months

Hi All,

Just thought I would give an update on my pBAT (Testosterone propianate BAT) for the last 8 months.

I do T propianate injections every other day while on High T for 2 weeks then slam the door with Darolutamide for 2 weeks and then one week to clear the Daro. Rinse and repeat.

I also take intermittent letrazole during High T to slow down the aromatase enzyme conversion to estrogen.

I also take Orgovyx during my Daro cycle and skip it during High T cycle. I measure my E2, T, and PSA on every cycle so about every two weeks to gauge how all of my meds are doing.

I also take 10mg of Osterine and 10mg of cardarine during Daro cycle.

The last two high T cycles has seen my PSA rise slightly so i decided to do about 8 cycle of rapid BAT. rBAT is one day of High T inj of 100mg plus one 1,250mg letrozole, Then next day darolutamide 1200mg for three days then five days clearance

I am now taking Orgovyx 120mg continuous daily, Osterine and cardarine during daro cycle.

Oops sorry i went down an FGFR4 rabbit hole! Jeez these rabbit holes are a labyrinth. it never ends!!! I’ll work on it when it starts raining and i get home.

most of my good weather days are spent outdoors with my doggie.

Good job...had similar response over the last year with 400 mg of cyprionate and Nubeqa in 6 week cycle.

We don’t really know that yet. Orgovyx and darolutamide worked wonderfully for a year and more probably would continue to work BUT I didn’t want to become castrate and I also wanted quality of life.

I agree, it's a delicate balancing act. Denmeade does say that if one becomes castrate we may be able to resensitize the cancer like with Darolutamide.

I can stay on Daro longer than the 2 weeks in pBAT and it will bring my PSA back down.

I have already done that, but wanted to see how rBAT would work.

As it is next time i will stay on Daro a week or two longer and go from there.

I did rBAT for 10 weeks. It kept my PSA stable.
