I LOVE Peter Attia and his perspective on the need to make a major shift to medicine 3.0. His book Outlive is amazing insight into health and longevity. He's not selling a fad diet or a miracle drug but the necessities of a very different healthcare system.

His friend, Dr. Marty Makary MD, has written a few fabulous books about the healthcare system and how it has failed us on so many levels. The Price We Pay and unAccountable

Perhaps You will do a post on your meditation retreat.

Haven't watched it yet but the first few minutes but I get the main point early. Diagnostics have really improved. Therapy not as much but still improving. Maybe ten years is my guess for a breakthrough.
