Checkpoint inhibitor after PARPi - anybody?

I have been on Olaparib for 2 years, but PSA is rising. We know PARPi upregulates PD-L1 - thus priming the cells?

Has anybody tried Pembro after Olaparib?

Immunotherapy like Pembro has not been as successful with PCa, but if you have certain genetic mutations, then your odds of success are significantly improved... Have you had genetic testing for germline and somatic mutations ?

They are working on finding ways to improve the penetration into tumors by immunotherapy drugs by giving it with another drug/ substance...

I have biallelic BRCA2, ATM, no previous chemo, but no MSI high. PD-L1 should be upregulated. I just wondered if anybody else in the same situation had tried pembro or any of the other ici.
