What does ivermectin do to your brain?
When taken above the therapeutic dose, increased concentrations of ivermectin may overwhelm the ability of the P- glycoprotein pumps to keep it out of the CNS by saturating the pump. This can lead to neurotoxic effects such as ataxia, tremors, myoclonus, seizures, encephalopathy, and coma.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

What is the therapeutic dose? I have only seen the Covid protocols mg/kg and I noticed the doc on the video does not mention dose.
I personally take 12 mg twice a week as my maintenance dose and have no problems or side effects a year out, but have taken as much as 40mg three times a week when I first started. I did notice at night that green lights tended to be brighter and had kind of a tracer look to them at the higher doses but went away after a week or two of usage…
Good question John, as I’ve heard people ask what can aspirin do to one’s brain beyond therapeutic dose and the response was well if one takes 2k aspirin in one sitting, they probably will have a brain hemorrhage and a whole lot of other problems. With ivermectin like aspirin it is well tolerated and has been used not only millions but probably billions of times over the last 50 years with virtually no side effects. Most studies that I’ve posted in the past state that one can go up to .4 mg/kg of body weight relatively safe n tolerated well, hence if someone weights 220lbs that would translate to 100kg and therefore could take 40mg relatively safely but run it thru one’s Dr to be sure…😁 and maybe run it thru the sister n laws brother in law as well…😂
Paul Mann, the man with prostate cancer that Dr. Ruddy recommended ivermectin to, said in an interview that he takes 24mg of ivermection a day. There are several interviews on Rumble with Paul Mann and also some interviews with Dr. Ruddy.
Also, Dr. Paul Marik has a good book out.

Thanks so much. I used 21 mg during Covid as a prophylaxis dose. I will be interest in seeing the mg/kg of bodyweight they used. I will be visiting Tennessee in the near future and someone said that ivermectin is available over the counter now there. We will see. Probably cheaper than the Apothecary cost.
Yes Dr Ruddy said that’s where her patient got it over the counter, paid cash no insurance but somehow it was in his records in Missouri as she seemed dumbfounded that occurred wo patients permission and she was going to inquire…
That is an absolute wonderful story n video, as being in the dental industry for 30 years n studying anatomy physiology, microbiology laser therapy n such, I’ve always thought most of these cancers are viral related and it’s so refreshing to hear A specialist in prostate cancer share the same thoughts and explain why these anti parasitic drugs are also anti viral n so effective in killing cancer cells. Not to mention she’s so altruistic n is willing to take it upon herself to do these trials as they run in the neighborhood of $6 mil and of course big pharma won’t sponsor a drug that costs 10 cents to make, per her statement.
This has long been overdue n thank God it’s finally being done and big pharma will have no choice but to accept these studies( clinical trials) from her if she continues to get these extraordinary results…
I am also very curious about ivermectin, there are also ongoing studies (from reputable universities) that talk about ivermectin as adjuvant to both radio and also immunotherapy, but I do not think it has anything to do with viruses, I think that ivermectin could block some pathways and stimulate others as "side effect" of its traditional usage...like aspirin and lowering platelets, it was not conceived for that purpose but still many use it exactly for that. Serendipity happens quite often! We will see! 👍👍
This has been long overdue, amen for Dr Kathleen Ruddy, what a wonderful Dr she is. I hope she wins a Nobel prize if this comes to fruition
Hi, my husband has prostate cancer, now in his bone. He is taking Ivermectin, 24mg/day, every day for 2 weeks, now dropping to 24mg/day 4 days a week. Looking for advice as to other treatment profiles (currently waiting on oncologist) and optimum dose for Ivermectin,
I am cutting and pasting info from Dr William Makis MD below. I subscribe to his substack. These two relate to prostate cancer. His site covers all types of cancer. Hope this helps.
#1) I get emails from around the world and I try to answer them all.
Patients from around the world (hello Ecuador!) are benefiting from Ivermectin and Fenbendazole combination protocols.
This was an intermediate dose protocol, with a starting dose of Ivermectin of 1mg/kg/day and a Fenbendazole dose of 222mg to 444mg a day.
Additional benefit with a ketogenic diet!
Now this is only 3 months in, but I think PSA 800 to 18 is good progress so far.
I’ve had some USA and Canadian family members tell me recently that their loved ones are too attached to mainstream medicine and are too afraid to try Ivermectin for their cancer. I can’t understand such fear, it’s literally all benefit and no risk.
Glad to see patients around the world benefiting from Ivermectin and Fenbendazole!
#2) Stage 4 Prostate Cancer patient:
Started Ivermectin 1mg/kg and Fenbendazole 1000mg 3 days on 4 days off.
In 12 days PSA drops 1533 to 968 (37% drop). Abdominal cancer lymph nodes have disappeared.
To be honest, that’s a lot of cancer cell killing over a very short period of time.
That will cause a great deal of FATIGUE. That’s to be expected.
Bone pain? Also. As cancer cells in bone get killed, the inflammation can also cause bone pain.
These go away with time.
Incredible response? Absolutely. This gentleman is on his way to becoming cancer free.
