Hello All ,I have been on Eligard , Zytiga , pred since Feb. 2022 . I have this pain on left flank about 8 o'clock right below the rib cage for about 8 months . The pain is at night but hardly during the day .I had a CT scan , x-ray , MRi , and nothing shows . I e-mailed my MO at V.A. yesterday and she asked me if I wanted to stop Zytiga for 2 weeks but continue pred . She said Zytiga can cause this pain . The question is if I do stop Zytiga and the pain does taper off what would be the next drug to replace Zytiga ? I will have this discussion with her Feb. 1st . I mentioned a bone scan to her and she thought that it wouldnt show anything but is willing to give me one . I will ask her about metastasis when I see her . Thank You

Amy indication of calculus I'm the kidney on any of the scans??? Just curious... I had a stone that continually showed on MRI's etc., but because it wasn't "cancer" the oncologist never really made any note to take care of it. Until Midway through my chemo, it attacked! Lol... So just sharing my experience because I had the same thing, right flank pain, would come and go, no explanation. Started as a full ache, then progressed to fill blown pain.
I'm any event, it could be numerous things causing the pain, I hope you are able to identify what may be causing it.
Best Regards
