Quizzes on the material will be delayed until the start of the New Year. In the meantime, have a nice Holiday, enjoy whatever you do, wherever you do it, and be especially kind to the company you keep. Equally important, Be Safe & Stay Well all along the way..

Got ‘em and read ‘em, thanks. Richer than eggnog but still thirsty. Suspicious of any real added benefit for adjuvant ARTIs with SBRT (vs. Just a kick-the-can down the road a few months while developing resistance and burning an option.) 🤷🏼‍♂️ May the holidays bring joy and wonder for life for all. 🐝 S & W for 2023.

MB/Paul - Seems the same to me - as I have so far refused to travel that road. I won't have time to go through the relevant articles or finish a post on copper/PCa that I've started until at least after Xmas. Time to get some of the "joy and wonder for life" you speak of. BTW, Cool, inventive use of the emoji in that Smith & Wesson thingy that K9 uses. Now, go get some quality J&W yourself. Paz to the clan - Ciao, Capt'n cuJoe

K9 Enemy of The State,

As our knowledge of using SBRT increases, the Science continues to evolve....better diagnostics... Will we see a newer scan discover mets at 0.1 cm or smaller?? This would result in earlier treatment and increased chance for cures in oligometastatic patients. Will we see radiosensitizers to enhance the effect or increase the abscopal effect--prolonging T cell activation?? Will a vaccine be developed to be given at 60 days and 120 days post SBRT to continue the abscopal effect??

The Golden Age of Oncological Research is Here !!! Rejoice people !!! and on that note...

Happy Holidays, folks...
