As far as I know, there are no plans from HU to add one. There is actually a lot of far more basic stuff they need to sort for the forums first! The ability to see which members are online has been requested though.We are fortunate with this community that, having so many members, you rarely have to wait that long for an answer, so if we could see who was online, maybe that would do?

That's very true Linds!! Yes, if we could maybe see who's online, then we can PM them. But as you say, you never have to wait long for an answer!! I think that's what keeps me going sometimes!! XXX

A chat room would be great! I used to frequent one for years on Aol and made some really good friends on there who I still chat to and have some of too

They've seen me through some dark hours too and there was usually someone knocking about in the wee hours when sleep was a stranger for a long time.
