I have just started on 'Devils Claw' a herbal remedy, just wondered if anybody else has tried this and what results are/were.

I tried this, and for the first month I had terrific results and so much less pain, however the results didn't last, which was quite disappointing. I do hope you have better luck with it.

Hi mal you took the words right out of my mouth... In fact I came to the decision after three months that the first month I had convinced myself they were going to work so they did,,, unfortunately my body caught up with my brain and said actually no it's not helping after the first month

Thanks for replies...am prepared to give it a go , am not thinking at present that it will or won't help, just going to wait and see but interesting results from above. Tried a 'raw food' diet some years back...great for the middle 2 weeks of the 5 weeks then energy levelled out and back to square one so am not going to count my chickens as they say.
