Well I am in the thick of this fibro flare and the fatigue is doing it best to keep me down, plus the COPD is not so good. But I carry on regardless. What else can we do? I hope everyone is coping to the best they will be allowed considering the run of fibro flares we all seem to be having and thankyou for all support given xxxxx

I could hav e coped better with the flare if the fatigue had not kicked in. But visiting daughter in hospital was over an hours journey on the bus each way, so glad she is home xxxxx

So glad your daughter is home, it's almost uncanny the way so many of us have been knocked sideways by the cold and flares and everything else ... Life seems to want to throw it all our way ATM

Hoping you have some relief soon

well once I was at the hospital on my visits I was there all day and covered both visits. Travelling back home was not viable, not enough time. So I ended up going for walks in the cold in the dark and gazing at all the Xmas lights in the houses lol. I just wish she could keep her food down, thankgod hubby can clean it up too lol. xxxxx

So good to hear about your daughter Lin, but sorry to hear about your Flare. This usually happens after a period of exertion and stress. Its not surprising considering how things have been for you lately what with one thing and another. Bless you!

Take care, rest and keep warm. It will pass.

Hopefully your daughter will be on the mend soon and that will make you feel better too.

well I am busy sorting her meds and catheters now as she has just had 30 speedicaths and that works out she is going to run out Xmas Eve!!!!! So I have to phone the nurse tomorrow and explain, she is a good nurse so should not be any problems. But these catheters she has to use have to come all the way from Scotland. And if we get those they will run out 2nd January so I will have to try and get more inbetween Xmas and New Year if it is open. But at present she has managed to keep food down, huge relief. But hey ho. Today I am sitting here typing and every part of my being is in so much pain with nothing to take for it. But after I popped my heel I bought some Ibuprofen to ease that and then could not work out why my stomach was so so bad. I read the box. "Do not take if you suffer with ulcers" OOOOOOPS lol. I give up xxxxx
