Oh what a night...

Went to bed early as I felt exhausted after taking my daughter to see her doctor. She is 36 with a two year old and a single parent. She rang yesterday morning in tears, she is very depressed and the doctor wanted to see her. Worrying about her, I just couldn't get off to sleep despite being unbelievably tired. I toss and turn and itch and feel hot and clammy. I eventually nod off sometime after 2am. I wake up about 8 times, pain in my hands and feet, random pain in my toes, forearm, cheek, little fingers. It feels like it's in my bones but i'm sure it's not. If my little fingers don't hurt then that means my hands are numb and I can't feel a thing. The pains don't last long but seem to jump from one place to another. I eventually get up at 7am and put the heating on, I'm alway cold when I'm tired. I feel like going back to bed now but I can't. I have my first session of hydro therapy today, I'm dreading it. It's to help me loosen up, I get stiff if I sit for a while, all my joints seem to seize up. I'm guessing that the exersize, even though in water is going to exhaust me, so tonight I will have my 'flu like' symtoms and another restless night. Does it ever end?

Today noise is grating, had to turn the TV off and now the cat keeps meowing, even that is annoying, do others of you suffer with this noise thing? I often find I either can't hear properly or even low noise seems loud.

Yes I can understand that. I have a form of tinnitus. I often hear the blood in my veins rushing, it sounds like the sea but can get very loud. This usuallly happens when I'm tying to sleep and worse when I'm stressed. The consultant said it was an artery that is close to my ear causing the noise apparently.

I have menieres so have the tinnitus to go with it. Sometimes I cannot stnad noise but it more likely to happen when there are lots of different sounds going on all at once, and then I cannot hear anything at all xxxxx
