Can someone confirm if you receive DLA high rate does that mean you should receive a premium added to your ESA. I was told that you are entitled to this, can someone confirm.

I receive higher rat mobillity DLA but don't get a premium on my ESA.

Perhaps the person was assuming that if you get higher rate on DLA you would be placed in the support group which does get a few £'s more than the others.

The premium rates apply on the ESA and depends in which group of ESA your in,

First is the assessment rate, Then after your medical by Atos if you are lucky to get through this you will get a premium on top of your basic ESA rate.

One group is WRAG work related group or a further enhanced rate if your placed in the support group.

Enhanced rate ESA is not dependant on any rate of DLA
