amazing..... my 80 yr old mother who has difficulty breathing at times and can't walk far, was refused a blue badge because she climbed a staircase in the dhs building. (she had been sitting and was fully rested, which is how she managed it!)....

I was on lower rate disability when I got my Blue Badge with the help of my GP.

I used the Blue Badge as evidence that I needed higher rate mobility - which I got.

And that qualified me for a Motability car.

One thing just led to another.
