painful day
poor thing, migraine seems to make all other pain feel worse doesn't it?
Try & get a restful night, hope you feel a bit better tomorrow x
I sympathise with you Evie, I have had migraines since I was a little girl. When I hit puberty and my hormones kicked in they became much worse with vomiting and lasting for up to three days and occurring every month, Now post-menopause I still get them! Thankfully they are not so frequent, usually every three months, sometimes lasting 12 hours without vomiting, sometimes still lasting 24+ hours. They are awful things aren't they!
Have you been to see your GP to see if anything can be prescribed for you to help you and lessen the frequency of your migraines?! This might be worth trying, anything to help!
I was prescribed 1.5mg Pizotifen a few years ago and I found they really helped me and lessened the attacks. I also watch everything that I eat and avoid trigger foods and drinks. I don't have any additives at all, no artificial sweeteners, preservatives or flavourings - natural foods and drinks only! This made a big difference to me too and doesn't have to affect your budget, it can be done very cheaply.
I hope this helps you Evie and I hope you feel better soon. Take care, here's a hug for you (((hug))). Make sure you get lots of rest to give yourself time to recover. x
Hope you are feeling better know and are recovering take care xgins
