wow my legs are really pain full tonight. they feel as if i have lots of bees stinging my upper part of my legs.
have got a bit of a cold so i guess i am having a flare up again..
it does not matter what the weather is hot or cold i really do suffer and starting to have enough now ... hugs to all

hi beth2 my legs have been paining for the last wk, it is nit nice at all is it mate..
you can not sit still in the chair or in bed.

I have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome), one of the symptoms I have is as you describe above, stinging bees sensation. It might be worth having a word with your GP if you have concerns about your legs as this can be treated.
RLS is different to the odd restless leg episode that anyone can have from time to time, this is a permanent condition that can literally drive you up the wall constantly with no respite. There is help, advice and support out there for this condition.
thank you libertyz i am going to see the doctor on monday at 4 so will talk to him about it, and yes it does drive you up the wall ... have a grt day or at least try to
