Im off to the pain clinic on Monday, what can i expect? xx

i could not wait to go to the pain clinic after waiting 3 months, i filled a information form, then went in, asked if i was in pain i said i was so he doubled my pain killers and said come back in 6 months . asked what to do if the pain didn.t go away he replied get your doctor to make an appointment for you to come back. felt so let down i thought he would be the answer to my prayers , i hope you have a better experience+

the pain clinic I went to was very good they have sent me on a six week course which teaches you how to exercise carefully and how strengthening exercises can help they show you how to do them properly and how to take rime out to relax properly set yourself goals its very good mine just happens to be first thing in the morning not a good time for me hope your experience is as good as mine .
