you didn't dream it, my sister posted it, having found it whilst looking at alternative therapies... we both have FM. it is supposed to help restless leg syndrome.... we haven't tried it but I have found an article about it.

my sister found the information, which is based on anecdotal and opposed to scientific evidence. she did indeed post it here as it seems a fairly harmless thing to try to help with RSL or cramps.

the home remedy has become quite popular a google search will give lots of talk.

as yet no one knows how it works as it hasn't been clinically tested.

So no you didn't dream it
