Wheres all my energy gone?

For the last two weeks or so, I just don't seem to have the energy or willpower to do anything, it maybe because I've not long got over an infection & my Asthma has been knocked about due to it, but I don't seem to have the get up & go... can this be due to the Fibromayalgia? or am I just going through a blah phase? hopefully my spirits will pick up & I'll be as right as rain again in no time... does anyone else struggle with Fibromyalgia blues???

I am there with you today. I too have had infections and gammy ulcers too. Not gone yet.

No energy even tho I have slept loads. It does get you down. I try to use this down time to make plans and lists (for when my energy comes back)

Your body just needs more rest too and we cannot fight that.

You will bounce back, just not yet Love & hugs xx

I understand, sometimes it's frustrating when you have no energy to do anything & even the littlest of tasks seems hard to do... I do hope you too will feel better soon & ready to bounce back... it's just real frustrating in the meantime... Hope you feel better soon...

Hi rose I to have been knocked on my butt was just getting over a nasty cold which left me with a nasty chesty cough which my asthma didn't like, then I get a ruddy great big subasios sist was put on antibionics (antibiotics) & it just got bigger & a whole lot more painfull so went back to my many Drs surgery saw a different doc this time he sent me straight to surgery assessment area at hospital saw 2 more Dr's Last one told me I could either have surgery now but they would have to knock me out ajnd iwould have a really messy scar or lance it with out any pain relief as it wouldn't work but come back later to remove the shell ,so I opted for choice b so off I go with doc & 1 nurse who held my hand they were a bit surprised when I didn't even squeak no one moreso than my hubby such faith he has in me lol so here I am absolutely whacked out watching twilight saga again & crocheting also moping cos my grandson was supposed to be over this weekend ah well such is life. HI YEAH I HAVE THE FIBRO BLUES AT MINUTE.I NEVER EVER USED TO BE THIS BAD OR LOW IN MYSELF AND HATE IT.FEEL LIKE I NEED A GOOD SHAKE.
