Not been to bad for a while

I have been ok for a while and was hoping that my Fibro had gone away, who was I kidding, to night it's decided to show its self again. My head is pounding, I have blurry vishion which is making it hard to type , my legs feel like lead my shoulders arms fingers

just feel sore a bit shakey depressed and fed up.

Fibro likes to play hide and seek and catch you out just when you think you're getting better.

All I can suggest is give yourself some well deserved TLC and wail until you feel a little better.
