HI I DONT MEAN DONT APPEAL AT ALL , I MEAN DO I APPEAL TO GET ON THE SUPPORT GROUP IF I AM ON WORK RELATED. IT SEEMS LIKE A WASTE OF TIME AS THE SUPPORT GROUPS NOT FOREVER XX

hi lv,i went fm incap to work related esa at the beginning of the yr and i get it for 2yrs,iv been able to get a placement at St V`s,just 3hrs on a fri morn, its a 10 min walk on a gud day.i got the placement there by myself,it had nothing to do with the job centre.sometimes i manage to go,sometimes i dont.iv had loads of time off and St V `s are very supportive of how i am.i told my PERSONAL ADVISOR lol at job centre fm the start that i wouldntt be looking for employment as i know im unemployable and that if she wanted to stop my benefit to go ahead and do it but if she could find me work where i could have time of when i NEEDED to or be able to go sleep at work when i NEEDED to and not cos i WANTED to etc i would happily do it.she said that there wernt any jobs like that.so i said under my breathe STALEMATE(she heard me and smlied).she said that the aim of work related esa is not to force me back in to work but to see what im able to do.i explained that what i can do on 1 day i may not be able to do on another.etc(you know the routine of explaining to people dont you lol).i then said that i new i wouldnt be working by the end of the 2yrs and asked what wouldl happen.she said that i would quite simply go for another medical and take it fm there.i said that if i didnt pass and my benefit was stopped and i lost any appeals that i would still not look for a job.shes been very supportive,iv missed loads of apps with her and now if i cant make an app i just need to fone up and she will phone me back at the alotted time and do the interveiw over phone.....sounds good dosnt it but lets see what happen further down the line...so you fight lv cos if we all dont fight and give up our SH***Y lifeswith FM etc will be even less reconised than they are now.sad but true

wish you loads of good luck and soft hugs

fm me

:) xx
