I packed up 2 crisp boxes with our photos frames of our family, i only had to sit and put them in the box, but with this heat i was left dripping wet and feeling like i had done a days worth of hard graft lol!!
waiting for my carers to come and give me a lovely wash to smell all lovely and fresh

We had it really muggy yesterday, today has been torrential rain, and from 5pm its turned muggy again, it might have been longer, I was asleep for 2 hours !!!
