it is a centre open all week but on wed mornings from 10 till 12 they meet it is a very friendly group ...

It has a charity shop, coffee shop and plenty of info on fibro

Thank you so much penny - it's very helpful and hope pay them to pay them a visit, it sounds good having a charity shop and a coffee shop too.

It would be nice to have one in Newport so that it would be easier to get to. Who knows, we may get one or be asked to help set one up at some stage.
