Laying on the bed

I'm having to lay on the bed this morning, my back &arms are aching so much ! You'd think i had been carrying a ton weight or something lol !

Hi Poppy, I feel same way 2 day I thought I'd pace myself well over the past 2 days but I think Mr Fibro is telling me different lol I've got pots in sink from last night cus was 2 tierd 2do them I feel worse 2day I need 2 find some energy 2do them as no 1 else here 2do them unless my dog or cats become very clever pets & do them 4 me lol Hope rest of ur day gets beta x Gentle hugs 2u x

never mind about the pots hun just leave them to soak for now, stressing just makes it worse! I must admit to being a bit of a cheat with the dishes....

hubby hired me a dishwasher, it makes such a difference that and not dropping them lol!

Oh hun rest a bit and just do them later, I am on a go slow almost stop as well, my dogs are barking in the garden and I have got to get up to let them in
