has anyone out there had a relatively "good" experience at a esa appeal tribunal?as opposed to a bad one? if you have let me know please

yes i had a ok experience. my daughter came with me i did not carry a bag she opened doors and pulled back chairs and said a bit about me at the end.

i only had two people on the panel.

i went tidy but no make up and hair not posh lol easy shoes and clean casual clothes.

i kept to my bipolar diagnoses mostly but they did ask me about fibro as well. they used the point system for the questions and looked at what the atos lady had said about me.

at the end she said you will here in a couple of days and i did.

i passed but only just, in wag group but thats fine for now no more fight in me till next time ...
