BURNT OUT

I just cant sleep at all i am in so much pain and so tired , i can hardly lift my feet up today .What i would do for 8 hours sleep x

iam burnt out today too, but unlike you i always sleep thats my big problem just woke had a look on here then going back to sleep, just try and put ya feet up and relax x

Isee my gp once a month i have not slept since i developed fibro . GP knows about it she says thats one of the main symptons xx

Hi rosehip sorry you havent been sleeping it realy gets you down. I had'nt slept for 3mths when i wet to Dr's and he put me on amatriptaline i started with 2 at night and am now on 4. It has helped me sleep although i have read on here some dont get on with it. I do hope your Dr can give you something to help. soft hugs xx
