i am so tired and off to a party , we have to go as we let them down last week and the weather is awfull and it was going to be inthe garden x

Hope you have a nice time Rosehip, and it's not too 'heavy' for you, do you remember that expression that was out when I was younger that 12, thought it was so apt then for some people, guess we should be saying it more ourselves, can you imagine if we all started to talk like that here, our fibro lingo, cant call each other girls as they're are men on this site too, so we'd have to use the phrase 'guys',

"Hey guys, I had a 'heavy' time out at the docs today, just about made it home, and had to rest bucketloads when i did"

You must learn to say NO. Took a long time for me to learn this. Nobody asks me anywhere and do you know what - I dont care. No one knows how bad to feel and is dosen,t matter how much you explain they don't get it. You just have to say to them I can't!. You'll find after a while they'll stop asking you. Do what you feel is best as this is only my experience.
