im feeling bit better today after three really miserable painful days the pain never seems to go away but today has been a good day even though im tired and feel like ive ran a marathon only been out to the shop and that was in the car . hope every is having a goodish day joed

hi joed, i'm sorry to read your in so much pain, I dont know if you are able to get into a bath but if you are maybe a soak in a comfortably hot bath with some bubbles may help.

but i wish you well and some ease of your pain
