Hi just to let you all know I'm feeling good. I have noticed over the last few days that I'm feeling good. I have started taking cbd capsules. Started to take them about a week and a half ago and they seem to be helping.

Where do you get the CBD capsule's? & How much do they cost?

I get them from a friend. They are £1 a capsule. They haven't got the stuff in them that makes you high.

My pain is a lot less and my mind seems clearer. I feel that much better that I have applied for a part time job. I am feeling a lot more positive.

Hi,l havnt heard of CBD capsules ,are they hemp or Cannabis oil..I have tried Hemp oil but ineffectual for pain relief.I occasionally get the Cannabis oil from Holland...Hopefully it will be legal in the UK before very much longer.

I get mine from lovecbd.org and use the entourage ones. I’m using them and pure ratio patches and have been for two weeks and I haven’t felt this well in over 20 years. I’m only taking two a day (and have a patch on) and highly recommend trying them. I still feel tired, but the pain I had is probably 90% better.

I don’t take any other meds. I think they were £34.99 for 60 capsules. You would have to research for your own individual circumstance. I asked my doctor a couple of days ago about getting them on prescription and am waiting to hear back as he wasn’t sure what was available as he’d been away on holiday for a while.

They are a patch that I put on my lower back and shoulder to get to the pain while the capsules were working through my system.

I use simplycbd or cbdbrothers or health span. All these are good for reducing pain and to help with sleep. I use cbd every night then a smaller amount during the day when necessary. Best to buy recommended as you could waste your money. I use 6 drops under my tongue at night and use a capsule during the daytime. You will have to find your own dose level according to how you feel. I find that a regular dose is more effective that taking it now and again.

I prefer to use cbd oil rather than other pain drugs. I also use melatonin at night to help me sleep and have taken these for years. I have also used Cbd oil for a few years now without any side effects.

Sounds expensive but it lasts quite a long time. There are 200 drops in a 10ml bottle.
