Hiccups....

All I can say is ouch. I've over done it this morning, I know!! I helped hubby carry long ladders back from a friends, not the cleverest thing I've done....lol

I drove to the cemetary to lay some flowers with him, then on getting home realised I hadn't cleaned out the hutch. My shoulders are killing me I've got horrendous hiccups, (ouch) & am sat with a hot water bottle stuck under my cardi, kinda balancing, its blissful.

I so want to stay as active a I can, still getting used to this not being able to charge about lark... lol

Bless you sparkledust, yes it is difficult to change down gears into life now but with time and patience, you can learn to pace yourself and then hopefully things will fall into place for you!!
