well i had 3 days away in poland and it was sunny so i doubled up on pain killers and was in bed by 10 and the weekend will make my pay but its worth it .. funny i missed the fact i was on here x gentle dyslexic hugs xx

oh how lovely a nice break away i am going away to london for 5 days end of may with my parents and partner so although i am excited i am nervous thety said dont worry we will go at your pace we will keep stopping and having breaks

and it will be first time me and my partner have shared a bed since christmas as i am so restless he always goes home to his house every night we have been together 8 years but we dont live together a choice we made long before my fibro came so one thing i cant blame that for so inwardly getting bit stressy about it all but trying not too as we all know what stress does to fibro
