what a night....

had the worse night sleep in ages....it felt like someone was waiting for me to drop off to sleep...then zap me with high voltage pole...or pour burning hot water down my legs....to top it off i went to make a cuppa tea and some how pulled me shoulder...what a day this is gonna be....

sorry you had a bad night bean. hope the day improves! tyr to rest if you can, I have a lot of pain in my legs at night and often have to get up for a few hours

oh dear you poor thing it is so frustrating isnt it this fibro i know i have never neede much sleep but none ids a different thing altogether isnt it love to you diddle x
