well here i am back from my hols 2 weeks in the dominican republic within 1 day of arriving my bad back and muscle pains had gone it was 30 plus degrees and fantastic i swam and walked on the beach not vigourisly i may add but all the same great i laid on the sunbeds for hours it was like i was a new woman until we arrived home oh my goodness i have had so many muscle spasms in legs neck my back is so painful i could cry i now realize unless i win the lottery i am destined to feel normal only once or twice yearly

how lovely it must have been to be normal i think i will see my GP today and tell her i need a prescription for dominican republic it is lovely there myself and x husband went there for 10 years few years ago it was really lovely love to you diddle x
