hi both my care conect and physio have written letters and i posted them off to the dla asking to change their minds. and i will have to take it to the tribunal too.
never admit that you might be able to on a good day
always describe yourself at your worst and stick to it
if you cant remember (and who can ) write it down and tell them why you have it written down
good luck and hugs
My heart goes out to you, i had years of this and understand how you feel,
You must describe how you cope on your bad days even if it means your bed bound with your fybro, as we all know there are many very disabiling symptoms with this so describe clearly each time step by step, don't leave anything out how it affects you . never tell them you have had a holliday or been on a bus or walked to the shops, only tell them how you cope when your at home on your worst days, get as many support letters as you can. even ask your doctor for a refferal from the local mental health team for your depression and they will also provide you with a support letter. Make sure you tell them that you need help with your daily activites when you are ill, when asked about your good days tell them they are too few and far between for you to remember but you still do very little even on those days. It's all about points and for every activity you can't do you get points, for every activity you can do it takes them away. so be careful what you admit to. REMEMBER ITS ALL ABOUT YOUR BAD AND WORST DAYS.
Good luck sweetheart.
IF YOU GO TO A TRIBUNAL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY WITH YOU IE. someone from social services, mental health, or from citizenz adivce, or your local support group. xxxx
