I would contact the place where your tribunal is, and find out what they can do to help you. I would recommend going in person as they have to ask you questions pertaining to your case - again a court clerk can advise you - I would ring them straight away xx

I have had my tribunal, so if I can help in any way, let me know and I'm happy to help xx

you can make them come to you, which I think is better. By making the effort to get to the tribunal even though it dfamages your health, they take it that you can get to an appointment, can travel, manage stairs, wait for appointemnts, manage your time and travelling. My friends hubbys has leukemia, she CARRIED him into the tribunal. they said he was capable of getting there so was fit for work. Be true to yourself. If you cant get there unaided, cant manage stairs, find the process debilitating then tell them that and ask for them to attend your home

if you have trouble borrowing a wheelchair, contact the red cross they have been brilliant for me over the years.

I t is best if you can go in person i applied for industrial injury few years ago i did not attend and it got thrown out they said it would have been better for me if i had gone in person and been able to explain things better so wifshed i had but i was terrified and i always get a bit intimidated when i am in front of people like that so i would advise you to go to put your poin across and then you can ask qyestions etc love diddle x

Hi Sue, not sure if I read somewhere that you can ask for your interviews to be held at your own home? I had a Dr come to me to do an assessment to it would be worth asking the question. I was advised to attend the tribunal as you have more chance of winning if you are there otherwise the decision is made in your absence.

All the best Love Angela x
