hi everyone, what a great site i have had fibro since 2007, i am constantly tired,in pain frustrated, i also have other healt issues diabetes, asthama, osteo and rheumatoid athritis, ibs and recently diagnosed with neuropathy

foggy.com too, and tearful.com. depressed.com is a constant companion, as is nauseous.com from all the damned meds! constipated.com from the flare ups needing codeine to suppress.

oh, and bewildered.com when you don't know whether to pat your head or rub your tummy with all the pain receptors vying for attention grrrr.

dubonnet&lemonade.com when the day is drawing to a close and you want a good buzz to shout down the tinnitus.com buzz that has also driven you mad during the day!

yeah ....... snap i try very hard to stay upbeat and positive i have just been prescribed oramorph and pregablin again(the pregablin), luckily i have a very supportive family but i don't think they will really understand , i also take paracetamol and diyhydracodiene to it woul be nice to have 1 full day to be free of pain and tiredness, ont know if anyone else is like this but im getting quite snappy too which isnt me , hopefully the warmth in australian will help when i go in 4days to my daughters who has just had a baby x I CAN NOT WAIT

Congratulations on becomming a nana.

I am always snappy too, Its the tiredness that gets to me most, as i can take tablets for pain (it wont take it away, but amkes it easier) but it doesnt matter how much sleep i get it never feels like i have.

Aw congtatulations on becoming a nanny i am a nanny to 2 darling klittle boys of 4 and 2 coming up and they really are the light of my life you enjoy youtr trip down under and if the sun does nt do you any good the baby def will love to you diddle x
