Who recieves esa or dla or both

I have been refused dla and just had my esa stopped although i spend most days in bed because of fibro have no arm /leg strength and very little hand grip Oh and my right knee cap is crumpling so i cant walk either , I am a single mum to a little boy and at the mo struggling with no income , Just wondering if any-one else out there has had problems with claims

I get lower rate DLA and SDA , DLA is up for review this year though and SDA next year so will probably end up with none .

I filled the DLA forms in but after reading what a lot of you said on here, I didn't bother sending it off cos I'm nowhere near as bad as you.

God knows how they expect you to manage Sue.

I'm a single parent of two kids and it is only through them that I am surviving....even the mother of my grandson helps with my daughter!

I was refused DLA and currently awaiting a date for the tribunal....I kind of know I won't get it but I'm really struggling to cope as I feel bad for the kids doing so much...never thought I'd be in this position! I've worked since the age of 15/16 and it is so hard coping on benefits...I'm in severe debt but it seems the fact that I need help and cannot pay for it doesn't matter. Adult Social Care have practically told me I have no issues....so to me I stand no chance!!...Got to remain positive though...

I think that's disgusting T . When we're in pain and feeling ill and yet they say there is nothing wrong with us.

I hope your tribunal goes well and you get the outcome you deserve.
