Fibromyalgia Media Awareness?

I was wondering if Fybromyalgia has ever been aired on programmes such as Daybreak etc and especially now that we sufferers who were awarded an indefinate status prior to this new test and who are now being used as guinea pigs in the new ESA / PIP assessment and are now existing day to day in fear of loosing their benefits, I question the mentality of the Government surely an Indefinate Status should be Legally binding, if this is not the case why were those of us in reciept of this award given it?

fm has been on this morning couple of times. i'm in same boat, waiting to hear on decision whether i will get new benefit. dla is also up for change.

it does seem that the only press disabilities get these days is only bad, ie the dodgers, etc. there is never so much on genuine cases. Government likes to peddle belief that most cases are not genuine.

HI I THOUGHT THAT THE OTHER DAY HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING ON FIBRO ON DAYBREAK OR ANY OTHER SHOW MAY BE WORTH LOBBYING OUR MPFOR MORE AWARENESS LOVE TO YOU DIDDLE X

Hi all, I belong to a Facebook group and the person who set up that has been trying to get someone to do it as a show. I know she has contacted This Morning but has had no response from them it was also put on Dr Christian Jessen's facebook page (he is one of the doctors on embarassing bodies) but he never responded either.

I saw a blog the other day saying that Watchdog was asking for info on ATOS Healthcare as they had a lot of people complaining about them so I put a message on their site but so far have had no response.

It would be good if someone would take up the fight on our behalf though xx
