Why is Fibro worse when you have a bad cold muscles are terrible.

Hi rubberman,

I had a moan on here last week as i had a cold and it was awful. The pain was terrible and like you say my muscles were like i had done a full weeks worth of exercise, so bad.

Anyway i am over it now thankgod, just hope it doesnt take you much longer to get over it.
