feeling very ill

Im not much better today, had an awful night, my hubby started his own business a few weeks ago, so I ve been trying to do a bit more, now Im paying for it, cant move my arms and my legs are in agony. back off to bed

Poor you but you will probably find bed wont give you much rest bite either, its awful why can we not do what we want without paying for it??????? i spent most of yesterday sitting in car 2x 20 min journeys, sitting at a servive again 30 mins ansd sitting/standing at a wake 3/4 hours and got home yesterday and felt like i had been in the gym all day working out with weights and could not hardly put one foot in front of the other! its really mad isnt it . i hope you manage to get some sleep and wake up a bit more rested, take care now love to you Diddle x

Hi Lally, sorry to hraer you are not feeling too good, you should take it easy for a few days if you can i have not been too good myself and my wife has orderd me to rest, she has even orderd me not to cook our evening meal but if i dont do it i feel like i am being lazy.
